This Saturday we were on the hunt for art, good food and searching for the ideal meals for our two day celebration of Father’s Day. First up we started at Page 6 in Baxter Village, where I saw this dress. Unfortunately they were out of the smaller sizes. The search for the perfect boho chic white dress continues.
After a quick stop off at Starbucks to get two Trenta Iced Black Teas, it was time to head over to Selwyn Ave for our next destination… Shain Gallery. Josh Brown, one of our favorite artists is having a show this Thursday night and we were there to check out some of the pantings he’d dropped off.
So if you find yourself on Selwyn Ave. this Thursday night I would stop by and see Josh Brown’s show and meet the artist behind the paintings!
And now for the food part of our day… Our lunch choice was Dean & Deluca’s Wineroom across from South Park. We’d originally planned to eat on the market side of things, but decided to walk through the wine room first. If the atmosphere wasn’t enough (we had the place to ourselves, and it was so deliciously cool compared to outside) the menu made the decision for us.
A little walk through the market…
Whole Foods next…
We walked away with 2 mini cakes (Cookie Dough & German Chocolate) and some adorable cupcakes…
Last up… Pasta and Provisions where we bought some Pasta and Meatballs with Pomodoro, and the last items we needed to create our meal for that night… Pancetta and Pizza Dough.
Hope you enjoyed hearing about our Saturday!
