Beachy Chic Necklace

Getting all the materials together.
Getting all the materials together.

For this project I used gold wire, chain and Picasso beads that I ordered from my favorite Picasso bead supplier out of California, ArtebellaSurplus.

I already had an outfit in mind for this necklace when I picked out these beads that are shades of blue and yellow, and decided to make the necklace on the day I needed it for. That’s the really nice thing about making jewelry, if you don’t have a necklace, earrings or bracelet for an outfit you can just make one.

After careful planning and making sure each length of the chain matched, it was time to get started.

This is a longer necklace which fits in really well with the Boho Chic look that I like so much…

For those of you who really like this necklace, I am planning on creating necklaces similar to this one for my Etsy shop ChristasCollections. You check out all my latest creations on the shop, I’ve added quite a few lately, and stay tuned for coupon codes and sales in the upcoming spring/summer season.
