Crabtree & Evelyn + Churchmouse

Crabtree & Evelyn

Crabtree & Evelyn holds a lot of memories for me. From an early age I remember going into the shop and being amazing by the soaps and lotions at several of their California locations. Now we have a shop just up the road from us in the new outlets here in the Carolinas.

Now for what came home with us…

The goodies...

Mum tried out some of my Lavender Lotion a few months ago and decided to get some for herself along with these Honey & Oat Biscuits…

Some samples too.

I took advantage of a 60 second hand moisturizing fix. My hands never felt more moisturized than they did when I left the shop… but I think I’ll choose a more mild scent the next time round.

Churchmouse Yarns & Teas

While going to Bainbridge Island to visit this shop in person isn’t a possibility right now, ordering some delicious items from their online shop is.

Note: The Oaties are dairy-free which is awesome for me. The Sweet Oaties are not.

Christa, we had the pleasure of going to Bainbridge in October 2013 and it is a “must” place to visit. ChurchMouse Yarns & Teas is as cozy a shop as you can imagine. The long trestle table with all of the ladies comfortably sitting and knitting, a small corner of needlepoint and beautiful antique cabinets filled with all of their delicious teas and goodies. The atmosphere is so heartwarming and enchanting you just have to go.

Sounds absolutely amazing from your description, Diane. Looking forward to the day I get to see it in person!
