I don’t know about you guys, but being stressed out is not something I enjoy. So, here’s some ways I’ve come with to attempt to keep the stress at bay.
1| 1,000 Dot-to-Dot | Cities – I’m 500 dots into my first city, Amsterdam. Warning, these dots are really small, so be prepared. I wouldn’t suggest doing more than half the city at once. After I finish off this book, and trust me it’s going to take ages. I’m thinking about getting the ‘Masterpieces’ that’s coming out later this year.
2| Stress Less Coloring: Paisley Patterns – coloring books aren’t just for children… They make them for adult too, and there is a plethora of options out there.
3| Read or Listen to a book… I’m listening to this one when I get stuck in traffic on the way home… Great for getting your mind off the fact that the car in front of you hasn’t moved for the last 20 minutes.
4| Play a Game – We’ve recently gotten back into playing board games again. I can’t wait to play our latest find (Game of Things) a try…
5| Stress ball – A stress reliever and a motivational saying all at once. Just keep it in your bag and use as needed…
