French Bakery Favorites | Sur la Table

How better to celebrate your b’day early than to take a French baking class @ Sur la Table. While my official b’day is today, I took Friday off to head up to Huntersville for the French Bakery Favorites Class with Chef Lane. This marks the seventh class that we’ve taken at Sur la Table (so with the exception of a few classes) we’ve been taking French baking classes since the spring.

While we used these mini Madeleine pans to make our dark chocolate madeleines, everyone received a full sized pan along with the class.
