On Saturday we took our first class @ Sur la Table to learn how to make French Macarons. Up until now we’d only enjoyed eating them, and had always wanted to take a class to learn how. So, when we heard about the French Macaron Class @ Sur la Table in Huntersville, we signed up.

I may have been a bit biased but I think our group did the best job. 😉
The ganache was the filling for the Strawberry Macarons… (The macarons ‘before filling’ that I have pictured are the Rose Macarons with Toasted Pistachio and Cardamom Buttercream.)
Definitely looking forward to taking another class @ Sur la Table.
