Ever since I opened up my Etsy shop, ChristasCollections, I’ve given my jewelry pieces unique names to suit their one of a kind nature. (I rarely ever make two of the same design unless I’m making one for myself to wear as a display or it’s a custom order.) These earrings that I created over the weekend are very much like the Poe earrings that I made a few years back, as I used sterling findings and Picasso beads from my favorite seller of Picasso beads (ArtebellaSurplus.)
1| Select your findings – It’s very important that your findings suit the beads you’re using for your project.
2| You will need the following to complete this project.
- 2 10-12mm Picasso Beads
- 2 Headpins
- 2 8mm Sterling Silver Bead Caps
- 2 Sterling Silver Ear Wires
- Round Nose Pliers
- Flat Nose Pliers
- Flush Cutters
3| ‘String’ beads onto headpins.
4| ‘String’ on bead caps.
5| Create a wire wrap loop.
6| Trim excess wire with flush cutters.
7| Open the loops of your ear wires with round nose pliers.
8| ‘Sting’ loop onto the loop of ear wires and close with flat nose pliers.
