Excuse My Frank | Review

I was recently introduced to a new to me skincare brand, Excuse My Frank. The first thing that immediately drew me to the brand was the fact that all of their products are fragrance-free.

The second is you get a lot of product for your money and all of the price points are extremely budget-friendly. With all of their products having no more than 19 ingredients, you not overwhelming your skin and you’ll see results without skin irritation.

I like to go through each step of the routine right after my shower in the evenings, and my skin is still as soft and hydrated in the morning as it was the night before.

Cleansing Gel

I’ve used foaming cleansers in the past, but I just loved how this cleansing gel worked for me. It was so lightweight and cooling for my skin. Since I work in healthcare and wear masks most of the time, having a cleanser that will not only take the day off but hydrate my skin is essential. Plus both the cleanser and the toner that I’ll share about next helps minimize both pores and fine lines.

Hydrating Gel Toner

I’m relatively new to toners, but I loved the consistency and the hydration that this gel toner provides. It’s similar in texture to the cleanser, but it helps remove any residue the cleanser may have left behind (especially if you missed a spot). This toner really preps your skin for the following two parts of the skincare routine.

Calming Emulsion

My skin has always been sensitive, and when using a multistep routine (or after using microderm tools) my skin can get very irritated. This calming emulsion felt both hydrating and calming on my sensitive skin, and I love that it features hyaluronic acid which is one ingredient I always look for in my skincare products.

Moisturizing Cream

So many cream moisturizers can feel heavy on your skin, but this moisturizing cream feels delightfully light. I love not having to worry about clogging my pores, and when I apply it at night, my skin is still soft and hydrated in the morning!

Hydro Calming Mask

Sometimes at the end of a long week, you want to give your skin a little TLC without going through an entire skincare routine. The Hydro Calming Mask is the perfect quick fix with all the hydration properties your skin needs. I like to pop my mask on and binge a few episodes of my favorite shows.
