Lark & Key is currently celebrating it’s 10 year anniversary and their current exhibition ‘Flight’ features new works from: Janet Eskridge, Elizabeth Foster, Day Duynh, Judy Klich, Jennifer Mecca, Bridgette Guerzon Mills, Angie Renfro, Kendra Baird Runnels, Amy Sanders, Vicki Sawyer and Julie Wiggins.
Since my sister and brother-in-law were in town on Saturday, we popped over to Southend for a bite of lunch at Luciano’s before heading over to check out the new exhibition at Lark & Key which will be on display through March 31st. (So you still have plenty of time to see it if you live near Charlotte or are planning a trip to the Queen City.)
As always some of my favorite pieces from the exhibition are by gallery co-owner Duy Huynh who I interviewed before his show last year and there were also new pieces by Kendra Baird Runnels (you can check out my interview with her here) and Vicki Sawyer.

My sister picked up one of these bee vases for my mom’s Valentine’s present since we were going to have a belated celebration.
