“Being happy with enough. We are already enough just the way we are.”
Earlier this year South Korean Amorepacific launched an inclusive (gender neutral) skincare line, Enough Project. I recently had a chance to learn more about the brand including one of their newest products, the all-in-one essence, along with a few of the brands signature products all of which are under $30 making these products the products ideal for gift giving this holiday season. Skincare always makes a great stocking stuffer!
If you’re looking for a brand that is all about clean and simple skincare while being vegan friendly and cruelty free, this is definitely a brand you want to check out. Plus all of the (6) products can either be used as part of a 6 step routine, or on their own.
I recently attended a virtual workshop to learn all about the different skincare products from Enough Project, and currently have 4 of the products that I’m giving a try!
Cleansing Oil
Have you heard the saying, fight oil with oil? Enough Project has both a cleaning oil and a cleansing foam (that can be used together to double cleanse or on their own.) The Cleaning Oil is made with Beta-Hyaluronic Acid, Mint Extracts and Cacao Butter and removes makeup, blackheads and excess sebum and removes both your makeup and any excess oil.
Cleansing Foam*
I’m currently trying out the Cleansing Foam and I love a cleanser that has a nice lathering foam because it makes me feel like I’m really washing the day off and getting my skin ready for my evening skincare routine (because lets’ just face it I don’t have time for a skincare routine in the morning) and I’ve been getting serious about getting back into a dedicated nighttime skincare routine right after I hop out of the shower.
This foam works for all skin types and both hydrates and smooths your skin with continued use. The foam is has a blend of mint extract and cacao butter that helps remove any dirt and impurities that have collected on your skin during the day (or have been trapped inside from wearing a mask for hours on end.)
Toner
First things first… how many times have you searched Google to find out if you should be using toner or essence first? I’ll admit that I had to confirm it myself just prior to writing this post! It’s very important to use your toner before using your preferred essence because the toner actually helps prep your skin for the essence along with protecting your skins moisture barrier.
The Toner from Enough Project (like the other products by the brand) contains Beta-Hyaluronic Acid which gives your skin a three-phased moisturizing effect and also contains pantheon. This toner will sooth irritated skin making it ideal for those who deal with acne and hormonal breakouts.
All in One Essence*
The All in Once Essense is Enough Project’s most recent launch and one I’m very excited about! It not only provides long lasting hydration (so you’ll wake up looking refreshed whether you got a full 8 hours or not. It also blends into your skin leaving it with a silky smooth finish (aka Glass Skin!) without leaving any sticky residue.
It’s made with a 5-free formula (free of mineral oil, animal ingredients, fragrance, triethanolamine, imidazolidinyl urea, and synthetic colorant) and contains Beta-Hyaluronic Acid, vegetable proteins, Bakuchiol (a retinol alternative) and White Lupine Seeds to nourish you skin.
Moisture Cream*
If you’ve been looking for a natural alternative to retinol (Bakuchiol) that you can use during the day, this product is one that you should try out. It’s also perfect for those who tend to have drier skin. You can use it both at night or in the day time if you find your skin needs a little extra hydration, but remember a little goes a long way with this one!
Essential Lotion*
This lotion is made with a lightweight formula with a creamy texture thanks to oil soluble vitamin E. You can use this product everyday along with your daily SPF, and it’s good for combination skin. My favorite factor about the essential lotion is it doesn’t make your skin feel ‘smothered’ like some lotions tend to do.
