If you’re looking for a coffee shop with a energetic vibe where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a full meal, Rush Espresso is definitely somewhere you can find all three. Whether you’re there on your own to grab a bite and do a bit of computer work, get stuck in a good book or do a bit of people watching, you can feel free to do all three.
As the sign by the register says we do good food not fast food, so if you arrive in the middle of the breakfast, lunch or dinner rush, be prepared to wait. So grab something from the bakery case and munch away to keep yourself content.

This is one of my favorite go-to items to order on the lunch menu. The chicken salad is unique with the flavors of dill and cranberry and is so delicious it will leave you wanting more. Plus the fruit is always fresh.

The Australian Meat Pie is a go-to for a meat & potatoes kind of guy (which my grandfather definitely is) and he orders his with the fresh pasta when we meet up for our weekly Wednesday lunch.

When I stopped by Rush Espresso a few weekends ago I ordered my favorite item that I like to order to-go if I’m not in the mood for fixing dinner. It’s vegan, which is good for me, and this tart is so full of delicious flavors you’ll want to order a second one before you leave. (Plus these fries are so yummy you just can’t feel guilty for eating them. Potatoes are good for you, right?)
