I first heard about Innisfree through the Preen.Me VIP program where I had the chance to try out their Intensive Hydrating Serum make with green tea seed. Since then Innisfree has opened a flagship store in NYC and I’ve been following along with their Instagram feed/stories to help me decide which products that I’d wanted to try out on my own.
Since I have sensitive skin, I was very excited to see that they offered a line of products specifically for sensitive skin. I decided to go with the two products that I tend to use the most, toner and moisturizing cream to see how my skin reacted to them as I’ve had some issues with a few of the products I’ve tried recently from other companies.
Minimum for Sensitive Skin Toner | One of the things that sold me on this product before I’d even tried it was the fact that it is mild enough for the most sensitive skin, but you still get the payoff you’re looking for when it comes to hydration. I’d never tried a spray toner before, but this product was very easy to use. Just start with a freshly cleansed face, spray 3-4 times with your eyes (and mouth) closed. Pat the formula gently into your skin and follow with the serum and cream.
Minimum for Sensitive Skin Cream | If your skin needs some extra moisture then it’s a good idea to try out the skin cream that’s part of this particular line. You can use your fingertips to apply this products to your cheeks, forehead, chin and nose. (I used it very lightly on my chin and forehead with my dry/combination skin they can get oily from time to time.)
Other products in their Sensitive Skin line include:
Important: As always, you should try out only 1 or 2 products to start, see how your skin reacts and then move forward from there.
Innisfree Aqua-fit Cushion | C11 Cool ivory The aqua fit cushion features lightweight formula made with Jeju green tea extract. One thing that I like the most about this product was that you don’t have apply a lot of the product. I don’t tend to use foundation but you can still have a natural/dewey look when using this product. Besides offering a variety of shades, you can customize by coverage and pick a puff that best suits your application needs. I went with the Air Magic Puff b/c is promises a locked-in finish makeup look with any excess shine. (They also offer a wide variety of case options. Since mine was a product that I’d received as part of Preen.Me’s VIP Program, mine came in standard green.)
Real Fit Lipstick | This products promises lightweight moisture and it definitely delivers. You don’t feel like you’re wearing something heavy on your lips like many moisturizing products tend to feel. Also the color payoff is amazing. Just one swipe and there’s no need for a second coat. With 20 options to choose from, you’ll definitely find a shade or two that you’ll want to try out. I went with color option 2 & 7. (2 was a bit bright, but I’d definitely purchase 7 again.
Other lip products to try include:
Curious to know what product I’m planning to try next? Sheet masks!

I received both the Intensive Hydrating Serum and Innisfree Aqua-fit Cushion as part of the Preen.Me VIP Program, all other products were purchased myself. All opinions are my own, as always.
