It’s all about office style here on the blog today and also a bit about celebrating my love of all things navy. If you were to look at my closet right now (which I don’t recommend because it’s still in need of some serious reorganization!) you’d see that I like to wear a lot of navy especially during the spring and summer months. I have navy striped dresses, polka dotted navy dresses, navy dresses with cap sleeves etc.
However today it’s not all about dresses, instead its about the perfect pair of sailor pants. From the moment I saw The Easy Crop Sailor Pants from Ann Taylor I knew that they would be the perfect fit for my 5’3” height. There’s just something about all of the pants from Ann Taylor that fit me to a T.

So I picked up a pair in navy and in ivory multi (with pin stripes) which are the perfect look for the office during the summer and the warmer fall months. Plus, I really have to mention the fit on these, they really do fit perfectly and they are fully lined as well. Not to mention you won’t have to worry about your panty line showing with these pants either with their relaxed fit at both the hips and the legs. (For reference: I’m wearing a 0P)

I paired my easy crop sailor pants with a striped top I picked up from LOFT last season. It’s a very work appropriate look, and you can easily pair the look with a blazer if you’re having a ZOOM mtg from your cubicle or if you’re still on a WFH model.
While there are so many options for shoes (from espadrilles to pumps) I went with my Perfect Block Sandal from Sarah Flint. They are comfortable enough to be on your feet all day at the office, including a walk at lunchtime if you’re in need of a little fresh air!
