First, sorry for the delay in getting Day 3 out. My Mac Mini hard drive decided to quit on me and had to go into the shop.
House served us breakfast. (By this I mean a waiter who sounded exactly like Hugh Laurie served us breakfast.)
As you can see we both had Eggs Benedict, but I went with the spinach and mum went with the Canadian bacon. I skipped tea that morning because chamomile is not something you want to drink before a long drive.
On the way back we stopped off in Raleigh for a meeting (mu mum’s) at Needlpoint.com and had a bite to eat before heading home where we got our first snow flurries of the season.
Before I end this post, I have to share some of the goodies my mum picked up while on our trip.
