Let’s face it. Shopping for bras can be exhausting especially when you’re trying to figure out what size will fit you best and if the design will work for your particular body type. There are just so many factors to consider. Thankfully LIVELY has a sizing guide that really takes the guesswork out of buying your next bra!
I’m sure most of you have been hearing the buzz about LIVELY on social media, and a few months ago I decided to try out my first bra from the brand (and shortly thereafter I joined their ambassador program!) One of the main things to switch to bras from LIVELY is the fact that you can finally say goodbye to underwires that can get really uncomfortable throughout the day.
I’ve tried out three different bras from LIVELY over the past few months (including a sports bra that I wear when I’m either heading out for a walk or a bike ride on the walking trail.) All of these bras including the two I’m sharing about today will suit individual needs depending on what you’re going for. After all, like shapewear, how bra and underwear fit is an important factor in helping your clothes look their best!
The Long-Lined Lace Bralette
Sometimes wearing a lacy bra just makes you feel more feminine, and I love a long-line bra, both for comfort and overall design. This bralette is available in seven colorways, but since I’ve been switching to mostly going with either nude bras for everyday wear, so I picked up this bra in my favorite ‘Toasted Almond’. The elastic band of this bralette gives you all of the support that you need while being far more comfortable than its under-wire counterparts. (I also love these Lace High Waisted Bikini Undies which come in Toasted Almond if you’re going for a nude look.)
Another thing to love about LIVELY is that they have options for all bust sizes and helpful tips for knowing the best size. In the bralette’s they are sized XS-XL and since I’m a 36C, I went with the recommended size, Medium.
The Spacer Bra
The Spacer Bra is the perfect everyday bra. I love the front adjust features, because who hates having to either adjust the bra before you put it on or take down the strap just to get it to the right length. Having the adjust in the front is absolutely genius! There’s absolutely no padding with this one to contend with, and the design of the cups on this bra just smooth your overall appearance and gives just the lifted shape you’re looking for. For this particular bra, it’s recommended that if you are between band sizes, go up a band size. I took my normal 36C in this one.
In addition to offering all of their styles separately, you can also go with this trio bundle which is what I recommend once you’ve found which size and style fits you best!
