So… remember how I said I was going to post about some of my go-to items I like to pack in my Modern Picnic luncher? Well after a rather busy past few months, I finally got around to it!
Bringing my lunch with me everyday definitely helps me cut down on excess spending and it helps me keep up with a healthy balanced diet that I follow at home throughout my work day as well. Another bonus, I get to bring a chic lunch box that also passes for a handbag.
As with my wardrobe, what I bring from season to season changes (I’m more prone to bringing foods that I need to head down to the office kitchen to heat up like soups, pasta/rice dishes etc) versus sandwiches and salads that are more ideal during the spring and summer months.
Here’s a few items that I often bring in my luncher…

Top your rice with shredded or crumbled goat cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes (make a delicious topping for the rice and you get some protein and veggies along with it)
Campbell’s Chicken Noddle To-Go (the perfect soup to sip during a ZOOM or while you working on a project over your lunch hour!)
