One of the things that is so enjoyable about staying at the Montage Palmetto Bluff is that you really don’t have to leave the property if you don’t feel like it. Restaurants, amenities, and various activities are at your finger tips, and it’s up to you what you decide to do with your day.
On our second day at the Montage, we decided to take a walk to RT’s Market to pick up some goodies for a little lunch al fresco before our afternoon lesson in Golf Croquet.
Time to head over to the Tennis Court area, for our lesson in Golf Croquet…
After learning the in’s and out’s of the game, and practicing our swing, it was time to play a round of Golf Croquet against another pair of guests who were visiting the States from Shanghai, China. Although we lost the game 4 to 1, I absolutely loved learning the game and we had the perfect teacher who knew exactly when to encourage and correct. I’m definitely looking forward to playing the game again, and if you’re planning a visit to the Montage Palmetto Bluff I would definitely recommend taking the class while you’re there, and making time to head out to the field again to play a game on your own.
