You’ve seen quite a few charcuterie boards here on the blog, I also saw a charcuterie bouquet on Instagram recently, and today I’m sharing charcuterie in a cup. Now that we’re starting to entertain again in small gatherings, having an option where everyone gets their own little charcuterie to enjoy isn’t just practical, it’s also just plain ‘cute’.
On our recent little mini-break to Hilton Head Island, opted to make a meal out of charcuterie cups with everyone’s favorite cheese option taken into account. Since my sister is expecting my second niece, Charlotte, she has to forgo soft cheeses but for the most part, she could enjoy all of the other delicious options we featured in our charcuterie cups.
We found our cups on Amazon, and they have a variety of uses from using them for fries, sandwiches, popcorn, etc. They come in a pack of 50, so if you mess up a few during your first few attempts you’ll have plenty leftover.
If you’re planning on making these charcuterie cups a meal, I would say to do about two cups per person. We did two for each adult and just one for Cecileia. She definitely has an expanded culinary palate for an 18-month-old, but as with any toddler sometimes she likes certain things, and other times she doesn’t.
