Since discovering my love for the Spartina 449 brand a few years back, I’ve been wearing my favorite lockets and earrings that I’ve picked up on various trips along the Carolina coastline on a constant rotation. So when the River House Capsule Collection was released, I immediately fell in love with everything from the collection. Especially since I was in the midst of planning out my outfits for our trip to Charleston and I knew that the bright florals, and lemony yellows featured throughout the collection would be perfect for the trip.

After looking through the dresses featured in the collection, I settled on the Hannah Tank Dress. While I mostly go for dresses that I can pop on a cardi with when headed into the office, having the several sleeveless options in my vacation wardrobe was essential, especially given the fact that we would be traveling during the heat of summer!
The Lark Shoulder Crossbody is my very first Spartina bag, and it can be worn three ways (it comes with both a short and long strap, or you can carry it by it’s wooden handles as well.) Another thing to love, is both the striped pattern on the outside, and the floral River House pattern on the inside, with plenty of pockets to keep you essentials organized.

It’s been a while since I wore a headband, probably pre-2012 when Gossip Girl was still on air, but I love the comeback with the knotted twist in the middle. The yellow of the headband is slightly different than the lemon striped Lark Shoulder Crossbody, but it works! (It’s also part of the River House Capsule Collection!)
