Having a quality facial steamer is essential for those of us who are serious about our skincare routines (and still don’t feel comfortable going to get a facial). On evenings when I steam, I cleanse my face, steam, and then continue on with the rest of my skincare routine, which includes using another of the products from Vanity Planet, the Essia.
What I love about Vanity Planet, is the fact that you can get many of the products together in bundles (which are currently sold out! My favorite Evina Ionic Facial Steamer that I just upgraded to is currently available at a huge discount. The Essia is one of my favorite skincare tools from the brand, and I typically use the exfoliating function during my twice-weekly steam to help remove any impurities that the facial steamer has brought to the surface. You’ll find that once you get that gunk out of your pores (including those pesky dead skin cells) your skincare products will have much better results overall.
Another thing to love about this facial steamer is the fact that it’s so easy to use. Just fill the removable water tank with distilled water (tap water will cause icky build-up that you do not want to deal with) to the recommended line, pop it back in and push the power button. It takes 1 minute for the water to heat and after 2 minutes it’s ready to use. The Evina Facial Steamer will run for 15 minutes or until the water runs out (whichever comes first).
If you like to use essential oils on a regular basis, the Aera steamer comes with three additional nozzles that you can add your favorite essential oils to.
