Having a spa day is the ultimate way to relax, and while we had a gorgeous spa available to us on our recent mini-break at the Sea Island Resort in St Simon’s, Georgia, what we were really looking forward to was having a spa day from the comfort of our suite.
Since I’m the ‘skincare lover’ in the family, I had been carefully curating products that I wanted to try out on our spa day which included, MD’s Pick Rubber Masks, Sephora’s Hand Masks and a choice between some of the recent products I’ve collected from Herbivore.
My mom monogrammed each of us a spa towel, and my sister was in charge of the snacks. (She is absolutely amazing at putting together a group of amazing snacks.)
After we carefully mixed each of our masks, it was time to apply. One thing that you’ll really enjoy with these masks is the cooling affect of the mask, plus they are just so fun to apply (even if they are a little messy.) As with the hand masks that we would be using next, each of the masks addressed a different concern. I went with the brightening mask, my sister tried out the moisturizing mask and my mom went with the moist collagen mask.
While we waited for our face masks to dry, we decided to try out the hand masks… I went with the Aloe, Avocado and Argan hand masks by Sephora, but if you’re interested in foot masks as well, they have a lavender one that sounds heavenly!
For the last part of our spa day we headed over to the tub for our foot soak… I’d brought along two options from one of my favorite brands, Herbivore. The Calm Soaking Salts with Vanilla and Ylang Ylang, and the Coconut Milk Bath Soak which won hands down.
