Today I’ve curated four of my favorite shoes from Sarah Flint for the La Vita Dolce edit. One of the many things to love about the shoes from Sarah Flint is the fact that you can style them with so many different looks. For this particular outfit, I styled a simple maxi dress and sweater duster (Express) with the Viennese Opera Scarf and Reversible Scarf Waist Belt (Sarah Flint) and various handbags to color-match with my shoes. Because shoes and handbags should always match, yes?
The Natalie
If I were to recommend one shoe to introduce yourself to the Sarah Flint brand, it would be The Natalie. It’s a new take on the classic ballet flat, and if you want a shoe that is never going to go out of style and pairs well with jeans just as well as it does with dresses, The Natalie is the shoe for you. The Saddle Vacchetta is so versatile, and I have often seen my favorite bloggers wearing them in their Vogue-worthy photoshoots (Krystal Bick, This Time Tomorrow) and on their walks through the streets of New York.
In addition to the saddle vacchetta, the Natalie is available in sand calf, black vacchetta, white calf, chocolate leopard haircalf, navy suede, white lace, and pink stripe jacquard.
This shoe should fit snugly right out of the box but will widen over time. I went with my usual size, 36EU/6US, and the shoes fit just right. If you have specific questions about fit, I recommend scheduling a virtual styling appointment with a stylist for the best fit for you.
Perfect Riding Boot
The quintessential riding boo in saddle vachetta leather features a gold-tone buckle is also available in black vachetta and is a boot you’ll find yourself reaching for again and again throughout the fall and winter season. Whether layering with dresses or jeans, this riding boot from Sarah Flint a shoe that you’ll be wearing for years to come thanks to the impectable workmanship and attention to detail. Fits TTS.
Perfect Zip Bootie
You could say I’m a little bit obsessed with the Perfect Zip Bootie in Espresso Suede. I’ve paired with maxi dresses, with wide leg jeans etc all winter long, and I love the double zippers (that are on both sides of the shoe) The 30mm height is just high enough, and these booties fit roomy, so you can pair them with socklets throughout feeling like your toes are being pinched.
The Perfect Block Sandal
The Perfect Block Sandal in Gold Nappa was my first ever shoe from Sarah Flint (long before my OBSESSION with the Natalie began). At the time I was looking for the perfect gold sandal to pair with my dresses throughout the spring and summer season. It was at the beginning of the pandemic, so we weren’t really going out much with the exception of the our walks around Baxter Village and the surrounding neighborhood. Besides the beautiful design of the shoe, which was my first impression, I love how comfortable these sandals are. From the very first time I wore them, my feet were just as comfortable when I was taking them off for the day as they had been when I first put them on.
I have the shoe in both the 30mm and the 90mm heel heights (with the higher heel reserved for special events, because even though they are comfortable, I’m sitll not used to wearing much of a heel. I also have the 30mm in the Black Suede which is another heel that is ideal for special events and pairs beautifully with all of your favorite little black dresses and cocktail attire.
This shoe fits TTS and I take a 36 EU/ 6 US in this sandal. Since I first picked up my first pair of Perfect Block Sandals, the brand has released several limited edition colorways for this shoe including the most recent release of the absolutely gorgeous Espresso Croc Embossed Calf in the 60mm heel height.
