So I’m beginning to think that baking is becoming another love language for me. While many have turned to baking during the current climate (which is event on the grocery store shelves because regular all purpose flour is almost non-existent at this point!) I have truly discovered my love for baking now more than ever. While cooking has always been something my mom and I have truly enjoyed, baking has been only an occasional thing usually centered around the different holidays throughout the year, and perhaps a batch of chocolate chip cookies here or there, but in recent weeks I can definitely say that I’ve truly fallen in love with baking.
These Blackberry Jam Shortbread Bars are one of my favorite recipes I’ve made (and my mom said they are her favorite of all the recipes that I’ve made so far) They were so simple to make, and we decided to take a risk and use goat butter which led to truly delicious results. The original recipe came from one of my favorite food bloggers, Broma Bakery and in today’s On the List, I’m sharing a few of her fudge related recipes.
