Happy Independence Day for all my US followers! I hope you day is filled with socially distant parades, fireworks, and delicious foods from burgers to apple pie. We’re making chicken burgers (with goat cheese and spinach mixed in for ultimate deliciousness) and creating a potato salad with the cutest mini potatoes. Even our tortilla chips will be sporting red, white and blue!
On another note we’ve officially started the countdown to our upcoming vacation later this month. It’s our first vacation of 2020, and there’s no doubt that it’s going to be different (we’ll be in our masks which have been a part of our daily routine since the lockdown back in March and although we’re a few stages into reopening masks are officially a requirement.) I’ll go ahead and let all of you know, that if you see photos from our vacation where I’m not wearing a mask, I’ve just removed it for the photo!
