This weekend we’re doing some errands, grabbing some salads from Chopt (it’s been ages and I can literally make the salad last for three meals, once as a salad, second mixing it with jasmine rice, and third mixing it into tomato soup and perhaps adding a dollop of creamy goat cheese) and then spending the rest of our Saturday relaxing.

Several years ago we took an Asian cooking class at Whole Foods.
