Last summer I made this very easy-to-make milkshake with watermelon. This year, we had some peaches that were days away from going bad, so I chopped them up into slices and put them in the freezer to make this delicious peach milkshake.

While I added vanilla paste to the watermelon milkshake, I decided to go a different route with the peach drink… almond paste. GAMECHANGER!

— Peach Delight —

Ingredients —
  • 4-5 white or donut peaches (sliced and skin removed)
  • 1-2 cups Lactaid (or regular milk)
  • 1/2 tsp Almond paste
Directions —

Place peach slices in a ziploc bag in the freezer for 1-2 hours or overnight.

In a food process (or blender) add frozen peach slices, 1 cup milk to start, add more if needed, and 1/2 tsp almond paste. Blend until it’s a nice thick consistency and there are no more frozen peach slices

Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint. (optional)
