Now we all know what G.O.A.T stands for (greatest of all time), however, in the case of our latest charcuterie board I’ve named it the G.O.A.T because it features all goat cheeses. From the most amazing goat brie from my favorite chèvre cheese maker (Laura Chenel) to my go-to goat mozzarella that I like to enjoy in a variety of different ways, and finally, the Drunk goat cheese that has such a lovely elevated flavor.
Today’s post also gives you a sneak peek into a little home renovation project that we’ve been keeping under wraps for the past few months. Our dining room is once again a dining room. The dated wallpaper has come down, and this beautiful grey faux grasscloth has gone up. The bottom portion of the wall is a darker grey than the shade of grey that can be found in my bedroom and writing studio posts. Keep an eye out for a full post of the dining area once the renovation is complete (there are still a few finishing touches left to go… ie a chandelier that I’m very excited about).
We plan on keeping a few of our entertaining books on display on the banquet (aka sideboard) where we store our favorite pieces from the William Sonoma honeycomb collection.
The very last of our honeycomb from Savannah Bee Co…. time to pick up some more.
