First let me start of by saying that this dress particular is unfortunately sold out, but not to worry I will be sharing several similar options that I think you’ll like just as much! I first ordered this Midi Sweater Dress from LOFT in early December, it’s more body-con than I usually go for, but I liked the idea of being able pair it with neutral accessories that I already had in my wardrobe. I always like the option of styling a new piece with accessories or other pieces that I already own and love giving new life to them each and every time I wear them.
Ribbed Midi Sweater Dress (LOFT, sold out. Similar look here, here & here) // Boots (Sole Society old, similar here) // Small French Twist Huggie (STUDS) // Knit Beret (old, similar here) // Amalfi Bloom Bag (Deux Peches via Crossings on Main, sold out, in Cognac here) // Mona Ring (Linjer)
While I normally go with a petite in everything I buy, I opted to go with the regular 0 in this dress since I wanted it to fall a little longer than it did on the model. After all I will always be a fan of the maxi look regardless of the season, and with the side slit in this dress I wanted to make sure it fell just how I wanted it to (make this dress more work appropriate).
My faux suede boots are from Sole Society (a few seasons ago) but I found a very similar pair that are also by Sole Society.
As far as accessories, I am loving the delicate Small French Twist Huggies that I picked up from Studs recently. They are small enough to not overwhelm my ear and are just what I’d been looking for. Plus they are at an excellent price point! I also picked these Dot Studs if you have more than one piecing in each ear (I only have one piercing in each ear currently.) The cream knit beret is one I’ve had for year (and can’t even remember where I got it from).
My Amalfi Bloom bag by Deux Peches is from a local boutique, Crossings on Main and I picked it up a couple years ago. I mostly use it just for photos since I’m used to carrying around quite a few things with me when I’m headed into the office or out for errands. If you’re looking for a bag of a similar size, I definitely recommend the Mulberry Satchel from Kate Spade.
