ANFA is proud to present ‘The Temperament of Time’ a solo exhibition featuring a new body of work by Sara Pittman. These ephemeral abstract paintings have become symbols of time, mirroring the artist’s personal life experiences in a poetic way through shape and movement. — ANFA Gallery
Sara Pittman’s solo show opened at the ANFA Gallery on February 29th, and this past weekend we finally had the opportunity to see the exhibition in person. There are some artists who you can get the whole experience through reading a blog post, watching a reel, and reading a write-up in a local magazine, but Sara’s work truly shines the most in an immersive in-gallery experience. The fluidity of the brushwork and the calming tones of the color palettes that the artist uses are better viewed up close.
The Temperament of Time is on view through March 29th, and you don’t want to miss it. So why not make an afternoon of it, lunch at Mano Bella (just a few doors down from the ANFA), and then pop into Chez Marie (across from SouthPark Mall) for some delicious French pastries?
