Much like a signature scent or a vintage strand of pearl, a classic shoe is always a necessity in your everyday wardrobe. The design, craftsmanship and classic feminine style of the Natalie by Sarah Flint makes it an absolute essential. I love pairing it with both my favorite dresses and also with jeans when I’m going for a more casual yet effortlessly chic aesthetic.
While I will be sharing about three of my favorite shoes from Sarah Flint in this post, the Natalie is definitely my first shoe recommendation if you’re new to the brand, and a worthwhile investment shoe.
The Natalie
The Elevated Everyday Ballet Flat
The moment I slipped on my pair of Natalie’s in Saddle Vacchetta I knew I’d found a new Sarah Flint favorite. The shoe is beautifully crafted, fit true to size (I’m a 6US/36EU shoe size) and paired well with both jeans for an elevated casual look and with my favorite jersey knit dress when heading into the office. If you’re looking for another neutral option, sand calf is my recommendation… and of course who doesn’t love a navy option too?!
Posts with my first two looks featuring the Natalie are coming to the blog soon!
Perfect Block Sandal
The Year Round Shoe
My first pair of Sarah Flint shoes were the Perfect Block Sandal in Gold Nappa. I’ve always leaned towards wearing gold sandals throughout the spring and summer seasons, so it was an obvious choice for me. I recently interviewed Sarah, the brand founder, and joined the Brand Ambassador program. When asked I’ve often said that the best part about being in the brand ambassador program is the community. I love seeming comments popping up on my feed from my fellow ambassadors, and joining in on ambassador zoom events is always a highlight for me. I enjoy learning about latest styles coming to the brand and also attending zooms led by my fellow ambassadors where they share their talents from flower arranging and baking to calligraphy.

The Grear
The Vacation-wear Favorite
For those of you who love Megan Markle’s style, you’ll love The Grear. I lived in these shoes during the two brief getaways last year (where I stayed in a VRBO and we made all our meals to make sure that we continued to be socially distant during the on-going pandemic). I also wore them on our errands to pick up groceries on the weekends and support local restaurants by ordering in!
The Grear is a perfect casual sandal for pairing with knit dresses and maxi’s during the warmer months, and one of the best features of the shoe is the fact that you don’t have to worry about the ties drooping around your ankles at the end of the day. I’ve gone on walks in them, walked along the beach, and enjoyed a picnic with my niece.
