Today I’m sharing three different looks featuring three different (and absolutely gorgeous) trèStique lip crayons. In the past, I’ve shared about their matte eyeshadows, created my first makeup tutorial reel on Instagram (which was so fun to make) and my most recent reel gave you a glimpse and my three current favorite colors from trèStique; Paris Pink, Florence Fig and Tuscan Wine.
As with all brands I share about here on the blog, trèStique is a female-founded brand and founder Jenn Kapahi created the brand with the goal of simplifying everyday makeup routines and her 2-in-1 products with built-in brushes, blenders, eyelash curlers, and balms make this brand one that you want to keep on your radar (and in your makeup bag!)
Paris Pink // Pretty in Pink
I don’t often wear lighter colors on my lips, with the exception of clear balms since my lips tend to have a lot of natural color to them, but since I love all things Parisian (or with Paris in the name) I was intrigued to try out the Paris Pink Lip Glaze for my ‘Pretty in Pink’ look. First things first, the applicator on the lip glazes really works so well and you don’t have to worry about overshooting your lip line (unless that’s your intention). I always apply the primer first (which helps the lip color go on smoother) and if you tend to have dry lips as I do, this is definitely the way to go.
I absolutely love the Paris Pink Lip Glaze and it’s the perfect option for a dewy/natural look.
Florence Fig // Everyday Color
If you watched the makeup tutorial that I shared back in May, you’ll already know how much I love the Florence Fig Lip Crayon, it’s the perfect dark nude that gives your lips a pop of color without being too dramatic for everyday wear. I keep one of my Florence Fig Lip Crayons in my bag at all times, especially when I want to add more of the balm throughout the day. (Working under an air vent can be really drying!)
Like all of the lip products from trèStique their matte lipsticks are lightweight, never sticky, and feature a moisturizing balm (matte lipsticks) or primer (lip glazes) which have always been a selling point for me when I recommend different products both here on the blog and to my co-workers, family, and friends.
Tuscan Wine // Girls Night Out
The Tuscan Wine shade was also new to me, and I’ve been toying with the idea of trying it out for the past few months when I decided I wanted to try for a more bold lip look now that we’re having girls nights out again. I tried it on the evening before the shoot and was instantly impressed, you can have a bold red lip that is the perfect pop of color and your girlfriends will be dying to ask you what shade your lip color is.
