We love cookbooks, and with our recent kitchen remodel, we made a new home for some of our favorite cookbooks right in the kitchen. With all the amazing cookbooks that have been coming out in the past few months I thought I’d share the four that we’ve just added to our ever growing collection.
The Cook’s Atelier: Recipes, Techniques, and Stories from Our French Cooking School
If making a trip to France isn’t in the cards right now, you can check out recipes from the mother/daughter duo who created The Cook’s Atelier cooking school in Beaune, France. If you love reading about how a cooking school is created from the ground up, about the people behind the school, setting up your kitchen and learning new techniques, this is definitely a cookbook that you want to have in your collection.

What’s Gaby Cooking : Everyday Californian Food
I first learned about Gaby through her guest posts over on Cupcakes & Cashmere and later through her food blog. In this book Gaby shares clean fresh recipes that will have you headed out to your local farmers market pronto.

Giada’s Italy: My Recipes for La Dolce Vita
Good food doesn’t have to be complicated to be delicious. If you’re a foodie and you enjoy watching cooking shows, odds are you’ve heard of Giada de Laurentius. We really enjoyed watching the shows Giada filmed during her time in Italy and this book is full of recipes for those who LOVE Italian food.

Tasting Paris: 100 Recipes to Eat Like a Local
I first heard about this book through Everyday Parisian’s Book Club. If you’re a Francophile and a foodie, then this is definitely a must-have cookbook for your collection.
