On a hot summer’s day, there’s nothing like a refreshing beverage to help you cool down after work or play. This recipe is essentially a limeade meets latte and is so cool and delicious, and this version is completely lactose-free.
We like to keep fresh citrus on hand from time to time (usually seedless mandarins for making fresh OJ), but this time I decided to go with a lime drink and use some of our abundant fresh mint both in the drink itself and as a garnish.
