While this weekend will mostly be errands to pick up delicious food for upcoming recipes that I’m planning to try out, and getting a few other necessities. Last weekend was a very full weekend! First we had our much anticipated peony watercolor project that we’d originally planned to do during our Charleston vacation, but even though you couldn’t necessarily tell from the pictures it was much too hot for life there, and we had plenty of other things we got up to during our days in at the cottage.
We also made delicious gnocchi. We took the class with Meryl of Pasta Social Club a month ago, but we always like to watch the class once or twice before we actually make the recipe. This will be our first time making gnocchi from scratch, and thankfully the hardest part was deciding on the sauce. (Brown Butter is always a winner I’m told!) I’ll share a post all about it soon!
