Well we just completed our second full week back working from home, there was an amazing sample sale at Margaux that runs through tomorrow (sorry, my code can only be used on full price styles, but 70% off is seriously a good deal), I finished watching Bridgerton for the second time (and there may be a third time in the future), and once again we’ve made it to the weekend!
What I’m Cooking…
Herb Butter
So I was recently introduced to one of the butters that is part of Butter of Europe. I had the amazing opportunity to attend a workshop with Chef Johnny Spero, the chef/owner of Reverie in DC (via Zoom). We learned about one of the many butters that fall under the Butter of Europe umbrella, and he created a Omelette with Uni and various botanicals including begonias!
Since we didn’t want to recreate what had already been perfected by Chef Spero, we opted to create an herb butter to enjoy alongside the challah bread from one of our favorite bakeries. Keep an eye out on the blog (and sign up to follow via email if you haven’t already) for the recipe and more about Butter of Europe.

I love watching the Chanel Spring-Summer 2021 Haute Couture Show via Chanel’s website. I’m used to watching different influencers as they attend fashion weeks in Paris and New York each year, but during COVID times Paris Fashion Week is looking different, but still just as beautiful. The collection was designed by Virginie Viard and filmed by photographer, filmmaker and graphic designer Anton Corbijn. Watch the show.
I’m loving Grace of The Stripe’s post Chapters, Grand Plans, Alternate Lives. I think if I had to name a fellow blogger who I’d most like to meet in person, it would definitely be Grace! Also check out the post about her favorite Vitamin C Serum.
