Bon weekend!

I hope everyone had a wonderful week this past week. I’m getting ready to start my 5th shift of the week, but thankfully, it’s just a half day, and my sister and nieces will be waiting for me when I get home. Last Saturday, I passed my Applied Healthcare Statistics exam (and as I never tire of saying, I REALLY passed it.) This week, I’ve started the World History class, which is as dull as it sounds. I have really enjoyed history in the past, and certain areas of history, but so far as it’s pretty dull.

I’ve already read four books so far this month, and after trying out a slow starter, I decided to start Laura Lippman’s Murder Takes a Vacation instead. It’s so, so good, and involves Paris, an art theft, and a murder, so it’s definitely the genre I’m into right now.

I am obsessed with these chic women’s turbans from Indira Paris. Very timely for the summer season.

I’ve also made Spanakopita Grilled Cheese, and I highly recommend it. This recipe calls for provolone, but I always go with a goat mozzarella or sheep’s cheese.

I love a good under-eye serum, and Biossance just released a new eye brightening serum.

This girl loves her some chocolate, although now it has to be completely dairy-free chocolate… These Chocolate Walnut Scones look absolutely AMAZING!

I just ordered this sleeveless maxi dress in a gorgeous shade of green from Amazon. It arrives on Friday, fingers crossed that it’s a good look for me.

I love berries just about as much as I love chocolate… and this Mini Blueberry Crisp is a wonderful way to use your fresh berries.

Loving the Chanel-esque vibes the Almond Slingbacks from Rothy’s are giving.

Now that everything I enjoy has to be dairy-free, I’ve really been missing the Tzatziki from one of our go-to Greek spots. This particular Tzatziki Sauce is made with Cocojune coconut yogurt.

If you work in pediatrics, these Eric Carle Calf Socks from Bombas are a must.

I’m definitely going to make these Mini Vanilla Bundt Cakes with Cinnamon Sugar with lactose-free sour cream and goat butter.

This Crochet and Lace Halter Top, as well as this Ribbed Sweater tank from Anthropologie, is just so cute.

Almond Baklava?! Oh, yes, Food52!

For the girl who loves navy just as much as I do, and wants to make a statement.
