Can you believe that we’re already one week into March? I’m heading to my first facial in two years (and only my second one ever) but I’ve heard good things about Hand & Stone so here’s hoping I’ve found a go-to spot. I’ve also recently found a new salon and eyebrow threading place that’s closer to home, which is a real plus!
After my appointment, I’m running a few errands before heading back to the house to see my nieces who are visiting for the day. While we last saw them the weekend before Valentine’s, it feels like we haven’t seen them in months. So I’m excited to spend a little time with them and run interference because my eldest niece loves to chase my cat (Gracie) around the house. I also have at least one French cheese-related dish to create this weekend, and I may share a sneak peek on my Instagram stories or reels prior to the post here on the blog!
In other news, I’m reading a really good book that just came out last week, One Italian Summer by Rebecca Serle. It’s really good so far (although it has a very sad beginning) but I’m looking forward to seeing how things end up.
