Just one more day till Mother’s Day, and I’m going to share all about our orange-inspired soiree here on the blog tomorrow. Even the pictures look delicious, if I do say so myself, so be sure to check it out!
Today we’re popping out for a little bit to get some delicious pastries from Chez Marie, the new French patisserie in town that’s co-owned by Maria and Daniel Siragusa. I’m so excited to see that Maria has opened a brick-and-mortar location and it really is like stepping into a Parisian patisserie.
After picking up our pastries, I’m heading back to create some new food content, and to get some more of our lavender plants in the ground. It’s been so much fun expanding our garden areas in the backyard, our fairy garden off the deck, and adding lavender in front. Hopefully, once we get everything finished and looking perfect I’ll share about it either here or on Instagram.
One housekeeping thing before we get into the post. I’m planning on changing over web hosts (so I can continue bringing all the content you enjoy here) so the site may go down at some point next week, but hopefully not for long!
