Who’s ready for Mother’s Day? We did our Mother’s Day celebrations a little early, with our most recent mini-break serving as both a belated birthday and an early Mother’s Day trip for my mom. Once we got back, we gave her a set of 6 Campana Mini Grey Planters from Crate & Barrel that she’d had on her wishlist. I can’t wait to see how they’ll look in the garden window in our kitchen!
