I could not be more excited to share about this month’s skincare and wellness finds. I decided to include a wellness pick this month because I was truly impressed with Ritual (which is one of the reasons why it’s the first item I’m sharing about today. In my early 20’s I was all about taking vitamins, in fact I had a shelf devoted to them in the pantry, but all they seemed to do was make my stomach upset with no apparent benefits, so I quit taking them. If you’re on social media you’ve no doubt heard about Ritual, and let me tell you the glowing reviews on the multi-vitamins from Ritual are well earned.
Ritual | Women’s 18+
After dealing with being anemic and needing to add more calcium to my diet, I decided to finally take the plunge and try Ritual. I’ve been taking my two daily vitamins for over a month now and I can already notice if I accidentally forget to take them for even one day. The #1 one thing I love about Ritual is that it doesn’t upset your stomach (which is my number one rule as someone who tends to have a unruly stomach) and #2 you can take them in the morning or at night, with or without food. Just in case you’re curious, I take mine right before dinner.
I loved the multi-vitamin so much that I recommended it to my mom and she’s subscribed for the 50+ Multivitamin.
Rael Beauty | Miracle Patch Spot Control Cover & Miracle Patch Invisible Spot Cover
I’ve tried a variety of spot covers over the past several years, and a few of them I always have on order. As I do with most things I occasionally like to try something new to see how my skin reacts and if it’s an improvement to products I’ve tried in the past. Rael Beauty is a brand that I started using non-skincare related products from a few months back, and when I found out that they had three different options I decided to give them a try.
The first product I tried was the Miracle Patch Invisible Spot Cover. I tend to break out during that time of the month, and I’m always frustrated when I wake up to find a red blemish on my face. (I also get occasional mask-ne when I am in environment where I’m wearing one for an extended amount of time) and I know loving having an invisible option that no one will ever see. I definitely saw noted improvement after wearing the Miracle Patch Invisible Spot Cover for the recommended time.
The second product I ordered (but haven’t tried yet) is the Miracle Patch Spot Control Cover. This is patch is intended for problem areas especially the chin and nose, but I used it for the first time on my forehead and it really helped both calm and clear everything up.
If you deal with cystic acne or large blemishes, Rael has a Microneedle Acne Healing Patch option that I definitely recommend for hard to treat acne situations. With ingredients like Tea Tree Oil (known for calming skin), Willow bark extract and Hyaluronic Acid, even the most stubborn acne will meet it’s match.
