There’s never been a crisp from 34 Degrees that I haven’t loved, and the new Mates cheese crisps they’ve just released are my new favorites. Gluten-free and vegetable oil-free, the Mates are made with Gouda (one of the most delicious of cheeses) and are light, airy, and guilt-free as far as I’m concerned. Available in three flavor profiles (original, rosemary & garlic, and caramelized onion) these cheese crisps will add a bit of fun to your charcuterie boards (or even on their own) for game and movie nights.
The Honeycomb from Savannah Bee Company is absolutely divine, in fact, this particular honeycomb is the best we’ve had from the brand so far. We found it at our local Harris Teeter in their cheese section, and it is something every lover of charcuterie boards should have in their pantry.
I typically go with the thyme and rosemary cheve logs from Laura Chenel (which you can find at your local Earthfare) but this time, I decided to get one of their jars of marinated chevre. There are individual medallions of goat cheese in these jars, making them perfect not only for charcuterie boards but also for topping salads or pasta dishes.
Our chess charcuterie board was found on Amazon, and trust me you can use it for more than one occasion. It would be perfect for a game night charcuterie board, or any little dinner-time soiree.
