This weekend we’re finally going to check out Optimist Hall. For those of you familiar with the Charlotte area, Optimist Hall opened up during the summer, and we’ve been waiting for most of the tenants to open before checking it out. There is a little something for everyone, from The Dumpling Lady to delicious grilled cheese from Papi Queso, and if you’re in the mood for something sweet then Honeysuckle Gelato will hit the spot. We hope to check out as many places as we can on our first visit, and I’m looking forward to sharing all about it both here on the blog, and on my Insta-Stories.
Now that we’re getting into much cooler days, I can’t wait to start making soups on the regular. This Chicken Gnocchi Soup from Living Lou looks absolutely delicious and a perfect way to christen the Le Creuset for the fall season.
