Peachy Spiced Mocktail

My final drink of the summer was the best one I’ve made yet. The white peaches that I used to make this drink while we were in the North Carolina mountains couldn’t have been more perfect. The sweetness of the peaches mingled perfectly with the orange juice, and the spicy kick from the Georgia Peach Spice (from Savory Spice Shop) really made this drink one that we will continue to make again and again.

Peachy Spiced Mocktail

Ingredients —

• 1 ripe white peach sliced (other peach varieties will also work!)
• 1/3 orange juice (or the juice of one small orange)
• 1 tsp. Georgia Peach Spice
• 2 small sprigs of mint
• Ice
• San Pellegrino Sparkling Water

Direction —

In a cocktail shaker or large pint glass, muddle peach slices with orange juice, Georgia Peach Spice, and 2 sprigs of mint until well blended. Cover and shake vigorously.

Strain liquid into glasses full of ice followed by the peach mixture and top with San Pellegrino Sparkling Water. Garnish with remaining mint sprigs.

Serves 2 (for 4 just double the recipe)
