Since I am inspired by all things French from arts and architecture, food, lifestyle and more, making a gift guide for my fellow Francophiles was an absolute must. Most of the picks for this gift guide come from my favorite French fashion/lifestyle brand, SÉZANE along with the most wonderful book about creating French Pastries by Molly Wilkinson, an American who makes her home in the town of Versailles. I’ve also had the opportunity to interview her twice!
I’ve included a few stocking stuffers on this list as well, the jewelry case and beanie would make perfect stocking stuffers, along with a few other items that are the perfect balance of French-ness and cozy.

French Pastry Made Simple
While I’ve never met Molly in person, I first chatted with her via email when I was looking to interview Sharon Santoni of My French Country Home. I later learned that she gave both in-person and virtual classes to teach the novice pastry enthusiast how to create beautiful French pastries. I immediately reached out to her for an interview in spring of 2020. Fast forward a year, and Molly was releasing her first cookbook. Naturally I reached out for a follow up interview and shared a second interview in June of this year. This cookbook is filled with so many delicious recipes that I’m looking forward to recreating (and if you want to add a little something extra to your gift, sign you bestie up for one of virtual classes!
Appolline Mug
I always love having a special personalized mug that’s reserved just for me! This mug features a thin gold personalized letter, and is made of 100% ceramic. Note: While this mug is dishwasher safe, it’s not microwave safe.
Jewelry Case
This jewelry case is perfect for travel. The upper part features two separate spots for your earrings and rings, and you can keep your necklaces and bracelets in the lower (main) compartment that is actually a pouch with a drawstring to keep your jewelry from spilling out when your jewelry case has somehow buried itself in your luggage! It’s available in a variety of colors including pink and powder blue and at just under $40 if you’re working with a price limit, this is the perfect option!
Loraine Slippers
These slippers are made in Sezane’s Portuguese atelier and feature a velvet exterior, cotton lining and insole, and a rubber outsole and heel. The slippers come in ochre (goldenrod), fuchsia and black, but I’m quite partial to the ochre! This slippers start at a size 5 and go through size 11 (including one 1/2 size, a 6 1/2.) It’s recommended to size up if you’re between two sizes.
Anastasia Beanie
This chic beanie is made with baby alpaca wool and kid mohair and comes in three color options: white, dark grey melange and sage. I love the twist detail at the top, and this beanie would add a extra touch of je nais se quoi to your look.
