This Watermelon is not only one of the easiest milkshakes we’ve ever made, but it also only has three ingredients (with an option of a fourth if you have fresh basil on hand, either hydroponic from the store, or from your herb garden).
Whether you’re enjoying things milkshake for a girl’s brunch, a baby shower, or just because, if you love watermelon, this is one of the most delicious milkshakes ever.
- 2 1/2 cups watermelon (cubed)
- 1 cup Lactaid (or regular milk)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla paste
Place container of watermelon chunks in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
In a food process (or blender) add frozen watermelon chunks, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 tsp Vanilla paste. Blend until it’s a nice thick consistency and there are no more frozen watermelon chunks.
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh basil. (optional)
