Spending a Sunday afternoon in the kitchen has become one of our favorite past-times, and now that summer is nearly upon us, it was high time we created a delicious beverage to enjoy while we’re either trying a new bread or cookie recipe or honing our pasta making skills via Zoom.
San Pellegrino is sparkling mineral water that I truly enjoy, and I’m sure you’ll recall the post where I shared two of our favorite ways to enjoy San Pellegrino. Well for our new concoction we decided why not kick the blackberry flavors that we know and love up a notch by adding Monin’s Blackberry Syrup. (We also hear that the syrup is delicious in iced tea and lemonade!)
Blackberry & San Pellegrino with Fresh Mint
- 1 bottle San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water
- Monin Blackberry Syrup
- 1 container blackberries
- Fresh Mint (optional)
In a glass add ice about 2-3 tbsp Monin Blackberry Syrup (more if you like your drinks sweet). Top off with San Pellegrino, 3-4 blackberries, and a sprig of fresh mint.
