From the moment I spotted these fresh mandarin oranges at our local Whole Foods I knew exactly what drink I wanted to make with them. Mocktail Beverage’s Inc. has some of the most delicious alcohol-free drinks that are perfect for creating just the type of drinks that I like to create throughout the spring and summer months.
The Sansgria is made with a combination of French, Italian, and Spanish wine grapes and the finest spice and botanicals to create a flavorful, sophisticated drink that isn’t overly sweet. With each sip, you can pretend that you are sitting at a restaurant in Seville, and about to pair it with the most delicious tapas the city has to offer.
It’s so easy to make since there are only three ingredients. First, it’s important to chill your Sansgria overnight in the refrigerator since there is no ice in this drink and it’s best served cold. Second, keep your Pomegranate arils in the refrigerator as well. Last of all, if you can’t find fresh mandarin oranges in the produce section of your local grocery store, clementines are another option!
Pomegranate Orange
Ingredients —
- 1 bottle Sansgria (chilled)
- 3 tbsp. pomegranate arils
- Fresh Mandarin Orange Wedges (for garnish)
Directions —
Add pomegranate arils to coupe glass, top with Sansgria and garnish with mandarin oranges. Serve.
